May 10th Friday

Very warm. Carrie gave us $175.12 on notes she’s collected of Ma’s estate. Laura Potter was up to day & spent the day. We all went down again to Pitt’s office & Carrie is to take 85 acres at 65 dollars per acre & has all the household things & farm implements, a recompense for caring for our Parents. The 48 acres over south belongs to us three girls, the heirs, also the house & lot at Medina, N.Y. Very warm indeed the (?)  84.
